No claims will be accepted after material has been installed. Clay bricks are strong and the nature of clays is having a natural color variation with in the terracotta tones. We recommend to get bricks from the different pallets at installation to get a homogenous color blend, we also recommend to get all pallets from the same production lot and shade. If installing from different production lots, please make sure the bricks are the same size and mix them as well at installation. If you like to select the tones for your desired finish look and color, do it at your own expense but you will get all blended tones in the pallets. This is a natural product and there is no production exactly the same as the other one. Vanadium, Calcium, Mildew or Mold stains could appear to some clay bricks due to the nature of this materials, please ask us for the cleaning treatments.
